Join visiting Design Researcher and PhD Candidate Charlotte Kessler from the Queensland University of Technology (Brisbane, Australia) for a presentation and discussion of her international research project on Design Education and Sustainability.
This seminar is relevant for design students doing research, most likely at the graduate level (Master, PhD) as I will be discussing the research process, methodology and methods for my project. It is also relevant for Design Educators as the project focuses on Design Education for Sustainability, more specifically looking at graduate capabilities for designers of the 21st century, and curriculum development processes in higher education sustainability-centred design programmes. The format will be a (casual) presentation followed by a discussion as I would love to hear thoughts, questions and feedback on the project. Of course anyone interested is most welcome to attend.
This seminar will take place on November 5th from 5:30 - 7:00pm in Margaret Morrison Carnegie Hall room 215.
