Many designed artifacts have global impact. In the context of this conference, how does service design encompass different cultures? What is a culture, and what are sub-cultures within a larger culture? In short, who are you designing for, how do you begin to understand and empathize with this community, and how do you measure success? This panel of global experts will answer these and other questions.
